We print some of our products in-house at our US facilities and source others from global suppliers to offer a diverse range of merchandise. We collaborate exclusively with vendors who meet our rigorous quality control standards.

Estimate Time Of Arrival

We process orders on business days, Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time, excluding Post Office holidays such as New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Delivery Time & Shipping Fee

Delivery times vary based on your location. Although we work closely with our logistics partners to provide accurate estimates, these times are not guaranteed. Any delays that occur while your order is in transit are beyond our control. Generally, orders within the continental United States arrive within 4-9 business days, while international orders may take up to 21 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped, allowing you to monitor its progress.

Please note:

1. Orders placed after 5:00 p.m. EST will be processed on the next business day.
2. Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time
3. When order is ready to be shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your email so you can follow your package all the way home.( In case you don’t see the tracking link, please check your spam folder )
4. In addition, if your order is personalized and/or needs modifications, it may take a few days for our designer to make customization. Design time will depend on the complexity of the request.
5. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands or Internationally.
6. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive email notifications and can log in to our website for
real-time tracking. If your order is shipped in multiple parcels, you’ll
receive separate emails and tracking numbers for each one

Please allow 3-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.

If tracking information is not yet available, it means the carrier has not processed your parcel yet. Tracking
details will appear once the parcel is scanned.

INCORRECT ADDRESS 

Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because:

• If any information is incorrect or missing, we may need to contact you for updates, which could delay your order.
  
• We are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address or returned to the sender. Returned orders will be sent to our shipping partners’ warehouses and disposed of. Please verify your shipping address before reaching out to customer support.

• If you request a carrier to forward or redirect your parcel after it has left our warehouse, we are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur.
