We cannot process exchanges for errors in these selections. However, you can cancel your order within 24 hours and place a new one with the correct specifications. Order Cancellations

Timeframe: Within 24 hours of order placement

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, the order may have already entered processing, making cancellation difficult. A 10% cancellation fee, based on the total order value, will apply. To cancel an order, please contact us via email.

Returns and Refunds

Eligibility: Within 30 days of delivery

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. After this period, the order is considered final, and refunds are no longer available. Returns and refunds are permitted under the following conditions:

  • Items that arrive damaged or broken
  • Products that differ in design, size, or material from the original order
  • Incorrect items received
  • Significant discrepancies from the product description

Items that are ineligible for return or refund include:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Defective items not caused by our error
  • Items without original tags
  • Items with minor, repairable thread issues

Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Refund Claim Requirements

When submitting a refund claim, please include the following: shipping label or receipt, proof of purchase, evidence of defects, relevant communications such as email screenshots.

Return and Refund Process

Please send your inquiry along with the required documentation to support@helutee.com. We aim to respond within 2-3 business days to confirm your eligibility. Follow the instructions provided and only ship the package once you receive a confirmation email with the return address. Be sure to provide the carrier’s tracking number for the returned items. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds are generally processed within 2 business days of receiving the return. Once we confirm receipt via email, we will issue a full refund, including the original shipping costs. If you experience any delays beyond 10-15 days, please contact your bank or credit card company for assistance with delayed refunds.

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the delivery date. Items can be returned or exchanged within this period, with customers responsible for the return shipping costs. We are not liable for any damages or losses incurred during return shipping. For ineligible requests or lost returns, customers will need to address these issues independently.
